Portugal: Yoga to feel good in your skin, with Louise Chardon

| 04-24, 2018

Bambu Park – Odemira – Alentejo | 01 April, 2018

Yoga to feel good in your skin, with Louise Chardon in Bambu Park – Odemira – Alentejo (Portugal).

My approach to Yoga is systematic and progressive. It aims to offer confidence to the participant who learns to relate to his/her body and its potentialities by softening the joints and toning the muscles and by irrigating the digestive, uro-genital, respiratory, cardiac, nervous and hormonal systems. A particular attention is given to the sequencing, alignment, intensity and duration of the postures (ásanas) to amplify the beneficial effects on the physical, physiological, nervous, mental and spiritual health. To integrate and regulate, a deep relaxation concludes each course; the participant feels refreshed and rejuvenated, ready to face the ups and downs of everyday life.
