| 06-04, 2010

Almancil – algarve | June 11 – 16, de 2010

Rev. Padma Priya will lead a “Living Yoga Retreat” entitled “A Journey Through The Koshas – Exploring the Subtle Energy Bodies” at Quinta da Calma in the Portugal’s Algarve.

The koshas are the 5 sheaths or layers of our energy body, from the physical to the subtle spiritual level. Each kosha signifies a more refined dimension of consciousness.

This wonderful holiday retreat will be a Journey Through The Koshas, each day exploring one kosha at a time through Yoga ásana, pránáyáma, meditation and direct experience, leading the participants to a full experience of the highest level of consciousness.

After a delicious lunch you can spend the afternoons relaxing by the pool, going to the beach or enjoying the beautiful organic gardens and grounds of Quinta da Calma, our beautiful retreat centre in the Algarve.

Every day there will be an opportunity to enjoy a second hatha session at 5pm and after supper there will be a special evening programme of talk, games, music, chant, & dance with Padma and some special guests. Padma will also be available for one kinesiology session per day (book early!). There will be the opportunity to share early morning meditation and hatha with Padma for those who want to.
