Fiona Agombar will guide a one day workshop with the title “Stay Young With Yoga” at the Yoga Ananda Centre, in Reigate, Surrey, UK.

This practical program is for people who would like to learn how yoga can really help us to age effectively and to improve quality of life in the long term. In this one day workshop Fiona explains the secrets and best practices from the wisdom of yoga that will teach you how you can look great and live a long and healthy life. The workshop will cover the following topics:

  • What is ageing? How Yoga can help to enhance your quality of life.
  • A tailor made Yoga practice to keep you feeling young.
  • The importance of managing stress for healthy life
  • Understanding prána and anti-ageing tips for correct breathing
  • How to keep your brain sharp with meditation.
  • What is the link between Spirituality and Ageing? Why the wisdom of Yoga is important. How discovering our dharma or purpose helps with healthy ageing.

About Fiona Agombar

Fiona Agombar is a Yoga Teacher and the author of Beat Fatigue with Yoga (DVD and Book) and Endless Energy. She has studied Yoga and ageing at the Vyasa Áshram and AVP Ayurvedic Hospital in South India. She is a regular contributor to Yoga and Health Magazine. Fiona is currently studying for an advanced teaching diploma in the Krishnamacharya Tradition (KHYF, British Wheel accredited).
